Neobanc Utility Bill Contest – December 2025

1. Contest Period

The contest begins on December 3, 2025 at 1:00 PM ET and ends on December 9, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET (“Contest Period”).

The winner will be selected and announced on December 10, 2025.

2. Eligibility

This contest is open to:

• Legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec)

• Individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry

• Both new and existing Neobanc users

Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, contractors, or affiliates of Neobanc may participate but are not eligible to win.

3. How to Enter

To enter:

2. Follow @neobanccom
3. Tag friends in the comments
4. • Each friend tagged = 1 entry
5. Share the contest post to your Instagram Story and tag @neobanccom
6. • Story share = 10 bonus entries

Entries are unlimited.

No purchase necessary.

All entries must be received during the Contest Period.

4. Prize Details

One (1) winner will receive:

• Up to $250 toward their utility bill

Prize Conditions:

• Neobanc will review the amount on the winner’s utility bill

• Neobanc will credit the winner’s Neobanc cashback balance for the bill amount, up to $250

• Prize is delivered only through the Neobanc platform

• Winner must have or create a free Neobanc account to receive the credit

• Credit is applied directly toward the user’s bill payment through Neobanc

• Prize is non-transferable and has no cash value outside the platform

5. Utility Bill Eligibility

This contest applies only to utility bills, including but not limited to:

• Electricity

• Water

• Gas

• Home heating

• Hydro services (Canadian providers)

Bills must be from legitimate Canadian service providers.

Neobanc is not affiliated with or endorsed by any companies referenced in examples or promotional materials.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries

• Winner will be contacted via Instagram DM on December 10, 2025

• Winner will also be publicly announced on the Neobanc Instagram account

• If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, Neobanc reserves the right to choose an alternate winner

• Neobanc may require proof of eligibility (age, residency, identity)

7. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree that:

• This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram

• Neobanc is not affiliated with any billers or utility companies shown in examples

• All decisions made by Neobanc are final and binding

• Neobanc reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest at any time

• Participants consent to Neobanc contacting them for contest administration purposes

Information provided will be used solely for:

• Contest administration

• Winner verification

• Prize fulfillment
